Default car moving in netrual

okay so i have a 96 coupe with a 96 b20b and what i am assuming a b16 trans with non lsd (saying that cuz for the longest time i thought it was a ITR trans) okay so i had a 2nd gear grind in the trans so i planed to fix it so i bought 1-4 carbon synchros and selector sleeves from syncrohtech ripped the trans out the car and replaced everything i will say it rained a bit when doing this so there is some rust slight surface rust inside the trans now and as well as tiny pieces of gasket that i could not get out but i think this stuff should not effect the car so after i put it all together back into the car ,it now wants to pull in neutral after i let the clutch out. i did drop the gear slider selector mechanism thats in side the case im more than sure i put that back together correctly and also the slave cylinder on the case is a little lose cuz areas are stripped lol yeah thats a lot this car is not the cleanest but its my honda i appreciate any input
