Default Shudder when engaging clutch

Hi all, roughly 10 months ago, I had the clutch replaced on my 2012 Civic 1.8 as per Honda's recommendations. I didn't really notice anything wrong with the clutch other than Honda saying it would need replacing soon, roughly at 180,00 kilometres. There was a slight shudder on hot days when engaging the clutch under heavier loads and this is what lead me to get the clutch replaced ( that in addition to the car being used when purchased and unsure how it was driven). I went ahead and had the clutch replaced. Upon completion, there was a significant shudder engaging first gear this slowly subsided however it became intermittent, after highway driving it would be fine, sometimes would shudder etc. I took it back in April and again recently and had the install done again, twice in total, still the same shudder. Completely new components including OEM clutch kit and flywheel each time. They don't think its the clutch and were potentially thinking its the lower torque mount, given the other mounts looking fine. I replaced the lower torque mount myself, really easy to do, however the issue still persists.

I'm thinking this may not be clutch related as if I have the e-brake engaged and try to do a normal start (1000-1500rpm and slowly engage the clutch) and the car doesn't move, there is no shudder but immediately upon releasing the e-brake it'll begin to shudder. Was thinking potentially CV-axles, but am unsure.

Any ideas as to what else may be causing this? Any help would be great.

Thanks

The axles haven't been replaced yet. Good to know they are supposed to have a dampener. Wondering if this may be the issue. There is some slight vibration under acceleration too.

My guess would be blown engine mounts.

Ive checked all the engine mounts and even replaced the passenger side and lower engine mounts. No change.

the shudder is a subtle jerking back and forth of the drivetrain that can be felt through the car. Similar to lugging a motor but a different frequency.

Hey, were you ever able to figure out what the issue was? I sometimes also get a shudder when letting off the clutch from a stop in 1st gear. I got the car two days ago and it had a clutch job done 9 months ago. The pedal felt a little weird so I bled the slave a bit and also adjusted the pedal a little, and now it shudders. I can't recall the issue being there before I bled and adjusted. I'm going to try adjusting the pedal again to see if I can fix the issue. It may also just be me getting used to the car and clutch.
