im looking to change my 97 cx hb climate control to a 99-00 si climate control... whats invloved with this swap? do i have to extend the wires? or is it plugNplay? lmk thanks...

 

well for starters before peopel yell at you..... there are propb a a million posts about this.... so try a search in the archived.

But from what i hear its a bitch and a 1/2

yours and mine 96-98 have manual (meaning with wires and cables, like a clutch) to change the controls. 99+ are all electronic, no cables all electronic wiring plu si think you will need to change some of the vent shafts under your dash as well?

anyone else? its a biotch so be warned

phek pretty much broke it down for you. I personally wouldnt waste the time, its just not worth the headaches

 

people say its hard but sometimes its not... like the gsr dash into an eg... people said that was hard... it was easier than u think... i knew sh*T and i did it... but if i could just find me a CTR climate that would be alot easier... anyone know where i can get one???
