Whats the best pistons, rods, crank and cam to get 9:1 compression and about 350 - 400hp, fuel injectors etc??

 

Not going to get 350-400hp without boost. So you need rods and pistons that will support forced induction. Stock crank is fine. Cam, one that has been tested to make 350-400whp with boost. and injectors will also be based on boost level and Hp. There are a number of companies that make good quality 1000cc injectors that will work with the F23 and a tuneable ECU.

On that subject, what are you planning to use for tuning? Do you have a tuner already in mind? If so, I would refer to him/her for the best setup for them to help you achieve your goals. $$$$$
