i ended up doing a complete obd2 swap.. by complete i mean motor and harnesses... for some reason it wont crank or start... i left a couple of things unplugged such as the canister under the fuel fiilter and the 3rd plug thats attached with the fuel pump harness....do those 2 plugs play a major role or what?

there are bunch of obd2, complete swap motor out there..

i basically threw the 98 d series including harness and ecu and threw em in a eg sedan

 

harness is why it wont start. need the eg one or obd2 integra.

 

Put back the stock "car" wire harness and use the Integra engine harness. What made you do that in the first place?? If someone told you to do so, you need to stop listening to that person.
