Car drives fine then once I shut it off, the car won't start it just clicks rapidly but I just got a brand new battery and I got the alternator replaced but I don't know if it's a faulty alt or something else also my car idles close to 2 rpm and will go to 1 rpm then slowly decrease. Pls help I have no idea what to do

It looks like you may have a CEL active. Have you had the codes pulled?

When boosting a car battery follow this rule:

‘Red from the dead, to red on the good.

Black from the good, to under the hood.’

Red positive on the discharged battery to the red positive on the boosting car battery (while car is running).
Black negative on the boosting battery to the chassis or ground cable of the discharged vehicle. (Never to the black negative of the discharged battery!)

Just in case you boosted incorrectly and caused your issues.

I have had electrical problems before and it eventually was the alternator and the alternator ground. The ground for the alternator is the bolt and bracket that adjusts the tension of the alt belt. That bolt causes issues with proper grounding and electrical issues.
Get the CEL code and report back as mentioned already.
