Electrical Issue
My 1991 EXI M/T Honda accord doing very well in all aspects, but when I drive to the humid province, Horn doesn't work And Cruise Control Dash indicator light goes off and its function turns off. then once I return back home in the dry climate Horn & Cruise Control back to function. would like to know what may cause such case? what procedure/measure should I take to diagnose the issue and how to approach to remedy, I tried to pursue the ground cables under Battery compartment and elsewhere in the engine bay, they look pretty fixed. but all I made could not solve it. thanks for readings & your tech. comments.

i had a similar issue, turned out the lower cable reel connection was loose.
if all connections seem good i'd test each cable reel terminal for continuity.
only about $20 to replace with a used unit from ebay.
