Trying to remove the entire blower unit, or are you just wanting to pull the motor? The motor comes out of the housing with just 3 screws on the bottom. Pull the 3x 8mm bolts and 1x 10mm bolts that hold the glove box in, and you should have plenty of access to get the motor out without pulling the dash...may not even need to pull the glove box, I'm not sure. If you want the entire blower unit out, it is easier with the dash out, because you can then get the dash mounting bracket out of the way

I think you need to pull the glove box and the bar it bolts to, or at least it's easier, no need to remove the rest of the dash.

The housing is also secured with a nut accessible in the engine bay, near the center of the firewall.

That is only for pulling the heater control unit, not the blower unit.
