Default Is it worth it?

I'm currently looking at a 1994 Integra with a completely build engine that's running a 67mm turbo. It also has quite a few other mods like coil overs, upgraded clutch, short throw shifter, new cam shaft and other upgrades. He's asking 3500 for it but I don't know enough about these cars to determine if that's a good deal or not. I'll post pictures below.

Holy crap those Recaro seats are a mess, how the hell do seats even get like that?

And why is it RHD? Did the guy do a right hand drive conversion (I will never understand why people do this) or is it an illegal import? If it's an illegal import then it's an instant no-go.

It also appears to have been repainted multiple times, probably poorly.

I wouldn't buy it but whether or not it's worth it to you depends on what you're looking for.

No way. Better off finding a clean chassis to start with and start slowly building your own project. You don't want to buy someone elses problems.

what he said. Im always weary of "fully built" cars. It sounds great to get a fully functional fast car, but i wouldnt buy a car someone else built. Im way too paranoid for that. I always suggest starting from as stock as possible.
