I sent an email, general consensus was that 15 is a bit high for the modifications done, I guess if you had spoon wheels, spoon brakes some other more expensive tidbits it's close, but you are right, this is a left-hand drive EK9 clone
I was gonna buy that car. But I thought about it 15k was way 2 much actually thought about giving up 13k
If I remember correctly this car actually got posted somewhere in the EG or K series subforum quite awhile back and got torn to shreds for the price they were asking and the condition of the car.
Pretty sure it's been on sale now for at least like 3-4 months as well, which isn't always a good sign for cars of this demand.

I just got my 2000 hatchback back from paint and the amount of time and money it costs to find clean OEM parts and get it painted nicely sure doesn’t reflect in resale. I considered selling it but no one would want to pay anywhere near what I’ve spent sadly. I’m in Reno, NV in the off chance you’re interested.
