Icon5 Supercharging a 2000 EX, questions

So im planning to Kraftwerks Supercharge my d16y8. Just wondering if someone with first hand knowledge can let me know everything needed to complete this supercharge for safe engine management. Keep in mind at this point the car is still a daily driver, just want to know what else i'll need besides th supercharge kit (fuel pump, fuel rail, etc.) So far the only mods i really have are AEM short ram intake, skunk2 alpha series headers, cat delete, skunk2 megapower exhaust, ACT stage 3 clutch street performance. PLEASE & THANKS.

You will need the Kraftwerks race kit, an intercooler and piping kit, larger fuel injectors, a high volume fuel pump, an OBD-2B -> OBD-1 harness adapter, and a Hondata s300 tunable ECU.

The stock ecu in your car is not tunable. You can backdate to obd1 and use NepTune or Hondata, or you can move to a full ems such as AEM Infinity. The first option will save you some money on hardware and be easier to revert to stock (also can be easier to tune for some), the latter will cost a good chunk more but will leave you significantly more room to grow, more flexibility in calibration, and offers nice things like proper knock control, built in traction control, and native support for distributorless ignition.

I wouldn't, I'd save up to engine swap the car with a b series engine or just k swap it.

For cheaps, you can pick up some 450cc DSM injectors and have them cleaned, then wire in the resistor box. Or buy any good quality aftermarket injectors such as ID or FIC and go at least 550-600cc as long as ur upgrading.

And yes you need OBD1 ecu to be able to tune it, and Hondata is the preferred route. I used a p28 ecu on my turbo d16y8, with a conversion harness/jumper.

The stock fuel rail is fine

Use NGK BKR7e-11 spark plugs gapped to around .020
