Default SOLVED - new clutch won't engage

So I installed a new clutch and new Luk flywheel in my '96 RS Integra (Exedy OEM package). It came with the disc, pressure plate, pilot and throw out bearing. I followed the HELMS manual to a t and got tips from other install write-ups. Flywheel dowels fit right into PP, I used the clutch alignment tool, high temp grease where it should go, and everything else but when I went to drive the car it's as if the clutch pedal is always pushed in even when it's not. I DID bleed the hydraulics and adjusted the pedal. I can change gears with the engine on and the clutch pedal all the way out, and yes the shift-linkage is connected and changing gears. Any idea what it might be? I've read a few times that people who had this issue didn't have their passenger side axle all the way in and that's what caused it. how would I tell if it was not seated properly? I'm not very familiar with the differential (non-LSD) and it's behaviors such as if the car was jacked up would both wheels spin if I spun one by hand? Or is it possible to install the throw out bearing backwards?

the T/O bearing goes in one way. You can't physically install it backwards. Even if the axles aren't properly seated, it is irrelevant to the clutch not engage.

... Did you make sure the clutch fork was on the "ball" near the input shaft?

The clutch ended up being installed correctly and working. I didn't have my passenger side axle pressed in all the way so the wheels weren't getting any power. I was actually able to "drive" and use the clutch to go through gears and get up to speed, according to the speedometer but the wheels just weren't turning. Any way, I installed a new spring clip on the axle end and my problem is fixed.
