02 Honda Civic ex 1.7 we have tried everything. If I unplug the brain let it sit for awhile and plug it back in it will run all day. The minute I turn it off it will not start. I have to unplug the brain and let it sit for awhile

 

Are there any codes stored? (Meaning is the CEL on?)

 

I've never heard any car part be referred to as: "the brain", can you specify?

 

I think they mean the driver
