Default over heating

I have a 2001 honda Civic LX and it is over heating on me i replaced the water pump. new radiator. Also a new coolant reservoir tank. I'm running it with no thermostat. But it still heats up on me.

That leads me to believe that you have a blown headgasket. Its a very common problem on the D17.

Put a new GENUINE Honda thermostat back into the engine and see what happens.
