Default rocker adjustment

I have a 1997 acura integra ls. when I was taking the cams and all out I mixed up the rocker arms on accident. what is the intake and the exhaust clearance. everything is still stock. I've read .003 and or .004 for intake and .006 and or .007 for exhaust. also when retiming the engine. I did not pull the crank shaft. do I still need to line up the oil pump or is that still good? only thing I have done is pull belt off cams and pull them. I lined up the crank with the marks. 1 cylinder is a tdc. cams have up arrows and the tick marks on them. those are lined up. do I still need to mess with the oil pump?

The oil pump is driven by the crankshaft and if you haven't messed with either of them then there's nothing to do there.

There is a timing belt writeup around here somewhere, just follow that, it should be easy to find with a search. (or just look in the service manual which is freely available).

Valve clearances are also easy to find with a search, I don't remember them off the top of my head. (or again, just look in the service manual)
