Burning oil within 2 seconds of start up. piston top clean, intake runner clean, exhaust runner carboned up, exhaust pipe, carboned up. installed new valve stem seals, head gasket, changed gas and oil. still burning oil. pulled cyl. off. found pistons rings to have end gaps of around 070. instead of 020. put in new rings, have not started yet, scared to find still burning oil. do you think that excessive end gap would be the problem?
