Default not charging battery

2001 honda accord lx . I have replaced alternator,battery ,and cable wires.. and Iget no charge from alternator. Orielly's auto has checked it out tested new alternator wiring and fuses everything looks good but it dosen't charge the battery. Why?

Check/re-check driver's side under-dash Fuse No. 6 (15A). That fuse and the Blk/Yel (IG) wire supplies the ignition input that turns on the alternator/regulator assembly.

If the fuse is okay, with a voltmeter, measure the voltage on both sides of that fuse.

If there is adequate power at Fuse no. 6, then measure the voltage at the Blk/Yel wire terminal on the alternator connector. Blk/Yel wire is a wire with black insulation and a yellow stripe running through it.
