Got my son a donor sol with a good door and we want to swap it over to his sol. anyone have a guide on how to do it without removing the fender?
We're also going to need to swap the door lock cylinder and actuator. it's an S donating it's bits to an Si both are 95s

 

The door lock and actuator are easy, you do need to remove the outer **** to do so though.

With the windows UP. The inner door panel has 3 screws. One screw under a plastic cover on the lock/handle. A strange plastic piece at the top front corner, and the last is under a plastic circle under the door handle. The door panel will still be held down with a bunch of clips that will need popped up, and don't forget to unplug your power window switch! You can now slide the inner handle/lock through the hole in the door panel! Now that your under the inner door panel there are two bolts holding on the outer handle. Once its loose pop off the rod clips and the handle will come free (the rod clips rotate off the rod first, then pop up). The lock cylinder is then just held into the handle with a C clip, and can easily be swapped out.

I don't know how to remove the door without removing the fender. To remove the fender you need to remove the rocker covers,as well as the wheel arch covers.
