I have a serious problem, first ill give background recently did a intake manifold swap and it ran fine for a little but i swapped thottle bodys and now I went to start the car and a huge cloud of white/gray smoke comes out of the exhaust and it also runs like complete garbage, wont let me rev. spark plugs are black and wet and have what i believe is oil residue on them. I havent drove the car i only have let it idle. the motor is a d16y8 with an ebay t3/t4 turbo

 

check tps.

 

how would I check the tps? and i went on neptune and looked at the tps values while hitting the gas and it seemed accurate

Did you use a skunk2 tb?

 

Is there oil in the throttle body and intake? May have a blown seal in the turbo.

 

it is a stock y7 throttle body on a y8 intake manifold, no signs of oil in intake manifold or intercooler piping

 

okay guys now i believe it has something to do with coolant getting into the motor from the hoses i messed with while taking them off the iacv
