Default Need some help from the body guys... PLEASE

OK so I've come into a very rare Stillen rear valence but it's been adhesive bonded to an OEM Honda bumper that isn't a direct swap for my own. And I need to know how one goes about de-bonding/removing such a part without damaging the part itself? I don't care about the bumper it's bonded to but I cannot, in any way, damage the valence. It's an authentic Stillen piece so it is polyurethane (100%?) and unfortunately idk what bonding adhesive was used but it was a professional job so I'm guessing a 3m panel bond or something equivalent..? Any help or suggestions on how to remove this piece would be greatly appreciated. Thx in advance

Try starting with 50lb test fishing line and "flossing" it behind and see if it will cut whatever's holding it on. Even glue might still cut through just fine but that's how we remove emblems.
