Default need some advice on first time body work

So I have done literally no bodywork ever. I can build an engine. Swap an engine. But I've never attempted any bodywork. So I have an EG hatch that the previous owner assured me had the rear quarter repaired the right way. That was a lie and they are packed with bondo. So with no welding or bodywork experience I was kicking around the idea of panel bond adhesive which everyone seems to think is a bad idea. The only welder that I have access to is a flux core mig which I hear is not the best for body panels.

So for a first timer what would be the better safer route.

A) Flange and panel bond
B) Attempt to use harbor freight flux core mig

Flux will work but burns a lot hotter then a mig will on the same settings, panel bond is just fine and pretty strong if applied correctly. Lordfuser makes some good stuff and same with 3m.
