B16 swap no spark

B16 swap no spark
I have a 96 ek dx hatch, i have a 99 b16a2 running obd2b and getting no spark when i put the plug on valve cover. There is voltage at the yellow black wire on distributor. Fuel pump primes amd relay clicks. I have iacv and 2nd 02 wire unplugged and it doesent have any cels. And when i jump the ecu (p2t) it stays on solid. I think it might be a bad ecu? I have grounds to chassis transmission, changed out distributor twice. any other troubleshooting i can do before changing ecu? Thanks.
