Default Best rear brakes for 99 ex 1.6

What are the best read drum brakes for a 1999 civic ex? Opinions ?

There aren't really any options for drums honestly. 1st step would be Integra/Civic Si rear disc swap. You can use disc spindles and hubs or you can use the Scarebird brackets with the Integra/Civic stuff. If you upgrade the fronts to 11" (Integra R size), you can keep the same spindles or brackets and move to an Integra R caliper with an EP3 Civic Si rotor to balance things back out. If you go up above say, 11.5" for the front with an S2000 front swap look at the Fastbrakes 11" rear kit that uses redrilled rotors and a bracket to get you from there from rear drums.
