Default Car starts but engine sputters on driver side

2004 Honda Civic Lx
166XXX Miles

Got out of the gym and started my car and it made a weird noise that i never heard before. I revd it a little to see if it'll go away and it did as the rpm goes higher but as soon as it idled the noise came back. I decided to drive it to work and check it when i drove it home but i didn't make it that far. As i drove off the driveway from the gym and when i made that right turn my car shuts off. I cranked it and cranked it but it won't come on. A guy helped push my car to the corner and i let it sat for a bit and cranked it. No luck. Then i cranked it and gas it at the same time that's when it started back up but the same weird noise stayed. Drove it to a parking lot and stayed there. Turn off my car and waited for about an hour. Then started again but this time i don't need to gas it. It came on but the noise stayed. Sounds like it's sputtering or like when there's something loose like when two gears that are spinning loose. I called work and made it home then let it sit there. Next day told my spouse to turn the car to on so i can listen to the fuel pump. Turn the car to on 3x and i heard the fuel pump 3x when I was listening to it. Used a long flathead to listen to the fuel injectors and i could hear all 4 but I'm going to double check it again this weekend. Then my check engine light came on P0117 and P0113 but i think it has to do it when i unplugged the intake. So i believe it's not the timing belt because i drove it home, not the fuel pump because i heard it turn on 3x, and I'm sure it's not the fuel injectors because i used the flat head to listen to it but going listen to it again. I haven't done compression or leak down test yet. I hope it's not a bent valve but one of my coworkers said it might be the MAP sensor that could cause it. What can it be? Oh yeah, i accidently over Rev it driving to the gym (it was 3 in the morning). I believe it went past 7000rpm a little bit which is the red line but the noise came after 30 mins of driving and about an hour later and even when i drove into the gym parking lot, there was no sputtering noise.

Code that came on after i unplugged the intake and vehicle was still running.

realize this is in the wrong forum section. Should've been in the 01-05 Honda civic but suggestions welcomed.
