1997 Integra Ls: Need some help understanding this circuit

I know this is a basic circuit but can someone please help me understand what exactly happens when you turn on your AC in as much detail as possible. I am confused about pin A12. Is ecm pin A12 an input or output? How exactly does this diode work? Why does the GRN WIRE connect to the middle of the 2 diodes? How do the condenser and radiator fans receive ground when the ac is turned on?
