OK so spec of the car atm is

its a 1995 honda civic eg hatch
b20z1 block completely stock
1.8type r head
type r cams
b16 inlet manifold
Y21 gear box

the car was previously a 1.3 dual carb it's got totally gutted all interior and exterior got a full inside wire loom including dash loom clocks with revs and a p30 ecu Fuel tank fuel lines and fuel pump were installed

I have the motor in and it swings over but won't start
it has fuel spark all grounds are on gear box rocker cover and water housing ground the relay under the dash is working cause I have 3 of them
the compression is
No.1 200
No.2 188
No.3 180
No.4 195

the clocks display is only displaying a oil light
there are no other lights coming on the clocks I can't get a engine management light to come on and can't read any codes to problem solve did any body every come across anything light this??

 

No honda civic I've seen has ever had a clock display show an oil light.

 

clean all grounds with sandpaper
check underhood fuse block for blown fuses, especially the ECU fuse
if not swap in a known good computer and go from there

 

This is the light im talking about and is the only one on display? Goes off after cranking the engine a couple of times
now all grounds are good been check about 3 times now and cleaned all the fuses are good been checked about 3 times now aswell it must be computer?? Or could it be something else?

 

You never seen this light on the dash of a Civic?
I checked all grounds fuses and cleaned them all about 3times now there fine it must be computer or is there anything else I can try?
