Default Car won't start after running perfectly the night before

Just had my car dyno tuned and everything was working great.

Drove home last night and car was perfect.
Tried to start it this morning and it will crank but won't start.
It will try for a half second but won't fire up at all.

From the top.

Car cranks but doesn't start.
Verified that it has fuel and spark.
Figured spark was weak so replaced coil with one that I knew worked.
Still didn't start.

Replaced distributor with another used one.
Also verified mechanical timing didn't skip any teeth. Replaced rotor and cap with OEM honda parts.
Still didn't start.

Checked all grounds and pulled plugs to let cylinders evaporate excess fuel overnight (possible flooding)
Replaced plugs with new plugs. Still didn't start.

Neptune RTP is datalogging rpm and map sensor is reading correct values.

Any input is greatly appreciated. I'm out of ideas other than possible wiring issue or icm in distributor.

Thank you!
