I have a 92 prelude and I'm trying to replace the old ignition lock cylinder and I can't figure out how to remove the old one

 

there is a screw you need to remove that locks it into place, then you need to have the key in a certain position, normally the 1 position, but you can check the new lock cylinder and you will see where it needs to be, then you need to push in the pin that's in the hole in the steering housing that pushes in the pin in the lock cylinder and then just pull out the lock cylinder

 

How do I remove that screw if its the one I think it is it looks like I have to remove the steering shell to get to,it
