97 Accord Ex 2.2 vtec 234000 miles. well maintained no high beams . Replaced Headlight Relay in engine control Panel, also replaced Combo turn signal switch on steering Column. Also swapped out Dimmer relay with 2 different relays I got from e-bay. Is there one fuse that if blown would kill both high beams @ same time. also without lights on pull dimmer switch and low beams come on with blue high beam indicator light. In fact, High beam indicator has worked perfectly whole time when lights on and switching to high beam, just no high Beams. Could some Corrosion showing up in ground Batt Cable cause this Mystery?

 

Have you verified that the bulbs are both good?
