I used to build Ls foxbodies but always loved imports so decided to build a civic. I wanted to Kswap one since that seems to be rare around here. I found a super deal on an A3 with low mileage, I know it's gonna blow and it won't hold over 300 hp and all the downfalls so don't litter the post with that please. The future build will be a high compression K24 build. It's a fully gutted and stripped car, went with manual brakes and going to run an S2000 Clutch master, it has a 5 speed trans with CC clutch in it, modified the fuel hat for an lines. Still a work in progress and needing axles and Kpro but should be a decent ride. Also will be Vtec Killer setup with turbo.

 

So it's already got a K swap in place?

Good luck with the build, an all motor K24 in a gutted chassis is going to be a lot of fun. Will rip the tires all the way up to 4th most likely.

 

I put the K series in it, I bought it as a rolling chassis, I bought the cheap A3 to basically dive into the Kswap area until I got one built I could really put to use.

 

I am doing a K24 from a TSX into my '91 CRX. Might want to turbo it later, just for a time attack maybe, but a daily driver for sure.
Where do I find info on adding a turbo to the K24?
