Default 94 civic coupe build thread

Im new this is my first thread if its wrong then i will fix it

well i have a 94 civic coupe i got the car wrecked for pretty much nothing bought a shell that didnt have title and took the front off of it and had them switched

here are pics of how my car has progressed

When i got the car




After frame was pulled and new raditor support was installed




D16y7 i got b/c i ran my stock motor hot so i picked up a full swap

after i get all this paid for and my seadoo paid off i plan on building a b20 vtec and possibally boosting it so if anyone has any advice they can give me it would help, thanks

maybe lower it and get rid of those rotas

the car is getting painted right now, should be done friday, i also have my lowering spings just not installed yet they are a 2.5 inc drop and i think i would like to keep the rotas i am considering trading them for some rota j-mags though

thanks, the car is currently a auto, i think i have most stuff for the conversion i bought one of those auto2manual mounts instead of cutting and welding a new mount on

Paint looks decent from the pix. I'm guessing it was more of a basic job considering it took less than a week, but decent nonetheless. I'm not sure how I feel about the fix job for the frame rails though... I guess I'm just not a fan of rolling around in a totalled car.

I'm collecting everything I need for my track coupe right now and I have a living room full of external reservoirs, spherical bearings, braces and swaybars; with that said, I look forward to seeing your progress.

car is a clean title, car was at the body shop for 3 weeks, and as for the frame rail it was pushed down maybe 1/2 inc so its not like it was totaled

well i avent been on this fourm in a while but here is how my coupe has progressed





engine bay is now ready for paint and most of my wires have been tucked, hoping to get it painted this weekend and then start on my swap

That doesn't make them any safer to drive with. I have nothing against people going with racing seats, just as long as they're safe. I've ridden in those seats when the backs break. They're scary.

he is speaking about the hinge that keeps the seat up right while you're sitting in it.
