Wilwood brakes dont line up!!
this is week 3 trying to figure this out, and I will start by saying I'm a mechanic so installation error isn't what happened, but basically when I first installed them, when I would torque the rotor to the hub the rotor was pressed up against the pad so much that I couldn't even spin the wheel, after tons of phone calls of them telling me that they have never heard of this issue I bought a shim kit and tried to shim the caliper. I got it a little better to where I can drive it but it's bullshut because nowhere in the instructions does it say I need to shim ****... but now basically the caliper doesn't sit right in raltion to the rotor so the pads don't fully contact
Check to make sure you've got good travel on your guide pins. One or both of them sticking can cause this issue. It wasn't a Honda but, I had this happen on another vehicle. One of the guide pins was stuck, which didn't allow the caliper to "free float" the way it's supposed to.
