P28 with b20
Just finished my swap and i have a couple of issues. First of I have a 90 CRX si swapped a b20z into it with rywire conversion harness and I have a p28 ecu. Car starts no problem and idles perfectly.
Cel is on but when I ground d4 pin I don't get any flashes on the check engine light? Any ideas I checked voltage on d4 and get 4.8v
car won't go past 2000 rpm cold or hot could it be because I have a p28 with a non Vtec engine?

I have tried to use both the MAP sensor on the throttle body and the CRX stock one on the fire wall and the car wont rev past 2000 rpm. Yesterday I disconnected the MAP sensor and the car runs fine under light load but very rough under heavy load. any ideas
