So I just finished up doing my booster delete and brake line tuck. I'm using the Wilwood single port 5/8 master. Braking power sucks, I'm going to do another round of bleeding the lines. Is anyone else running this setup, and how is your braking power. *Note that my pedal travel is pretty solid. I'm still running the stock drums in the rear as Wilwood states this setup is really intended for only two calipers.
That is a tiny master. You aren't moving enough fluid to fully expand the pistons and/or wheel cylinders, be it a caliper or drum. You basically cut your brake power by 30% for the same pedal stroke.

This is what was recommended, so I might need to go bigger. If anyone else is running this setup I'd like to hear from you.
Yes, you will have to go bigger if you want like stock performance. It's simple hydraulics. You made point A smaller, so point B moves less.
A single stage master is also a bad idea. If your master fails you lose all braking. With a two stage master, if one stage fails you still have two brakes working.
