Can I move the car a few feet? Inner CV Joint failure
So my lower ball joint popped out and the inner cv joint separated. I had the car towed but I didn't have the forethought to tell the tower to put it in my garage. It across the street of my house. Can I pop the axle back into the cv joint and lower ball joint back in and drive it a few feet to get it inside my garage? I can't push it because my my driveway has pretty good incline.
A couple of rollers came off the spider as well. Am I going to ruin the transmission?

No you won't hurt the transmission. Take the boot off and put the inner joint back together completely. I don't know if the spider will engage the outer cup without rollers in place. If you find and reassemble all the parts, you can probably keep using that axle permanently.
Did the ball joint ball fall out of the socket, or did the nut just fall off? If the joint is broken it's not going to stay together.

Thanks, I just want to move the car off the street so my neighbors don't get pissed. The ball fell out of the socket, needs replacement.
