I can hear a clicking in the fuse box on the passenger side of the driver when i try to start it.

 

try jumping the starter, un plug the female end that goes on the starter, grab a piece of wire and touch the power wire with male end of the solenoid, with the ignition on. If it doesn't actuate starter went out. Hope this helps

 

Have you tried charging the battery or jumping the battery. If battery is known to be good then follow what Monstrosiybl suggested.
If starter fails test consider buying a used one from junkyard..should be around $25 -$40 with core (old starter).
