my 97 accords passenger window is stuck down
you basically have to pull the door panel off and apply direct battery to the motor, if it works then apply battery to the switch itself, there's howto's on youtube, worst case scenario you can take off the two bolts that hold the window to the regulator and then tape the top inside of the window to hold it up
I would bet that it is a corroded contact on the power window switch for the passenger side window, over time the copper contacts get a build up of carbon and dirt and eventually they stop making contact.
I have a suggestion to get it up for now....when you move the switch to roll the windows up do this gently but firmly push the switch up don't force too hard, while doing so gently wiggle the switch side to side as well do this a few times you MIGHT be able to break up the corrosion and get it to work one more time.
If it is the switch, which I think it is, you CAN fairly easily repair this with a minimum of skill and ability here is the video you need.
I have the same model except it is a 94.
