Icon2 Honda Accord VI 1.8 (F18B2) jerking while accelerating or engine breaking

Hello guys, that's my first post here, I came from Polish Honda Accord's community, unfortunately no one could help me there with my problem. I own 2000 Honda Accord VI CG8 1.8 F18B2 and the problem is jerking when suddenly I push gas pedal from zero position (none-accelerating). It seems that when I do it fluently and gently, even if violently problem is not as much perceptible as when I push and release instantly. I've recorded video in Polish, but everything should be clear and the problem is very visible here (especially from 0:20):

I saw this thread: https://honda-tech.com/how-tos/a/hon...jerking-376509
Unfortunately, nothing helped. I even changed throttle for another one to exclude problems with TPS or MAP sensors, both throttles were cleaned. I've changed spark plugs, spark plugs wires, these thing from left side of the engine where spark plugs wires are mounted (don't know how they are called in English ), of course new Exedy's clutch, timing gear/belts, valves set, IACV and EGR clean (except EGR plate). Any ideas what could be a reason of car's jerking?

Damn, that's terrifying. I leave car at a mechanic on Monday, I have no time and nerves to do it by myself. Did you watch my video? Is my problem exactly the same as yours? We are trying figure it out on Polish HA forum, but no solves... People changed so many things in their cars and completely nothing, still the same problem.

Does your engine idle smoothly? Problem seems similar

origamy, yes, the engine idle smoothly. Maybe there is little jerk when I suddenly press the gas from zero position but now I am not really sure, maybe that's just my imagination now However, idle is really smooth, I can also drive really smooth when I apply to that, but the nightmare comes when I am driving in city's traffic jams, the first thing is the gas and clutch pedals are working not really smoothly comparing to the other cars so it's even more difficult to be gentle when handling them. Second one is that problem happens usually when I do fast moves with gas like pressing and then release.

Today I leave the car at the mechanic. He's quite good, so I hope that he will figure it out. On the Polish HA forum someone told me to check grounds, I've checked two of them, I cannot find or get to the others unfortunately.
