Okay i have 1996 accord ex 2.2l vtec. the person i got the car from said the ac dont work and didnt know why ,well i been slowly working on it. ive gotten new fuses except the cooling relay my ac fuse is new. ive gotten cooling fan and ac condenser fan new.coolant. there is air blowing from vents. now the funny part i replaced cooling fan first on passenger side it wouldnt cut on figured car wasnt hot enough. checked it every time i drove it nothing. finally got my ac condenser fan in and replaced it now my cooling fan cuts on as soon as i cut my car on and my ac condenser fan dont cut on when ac on full blast there is no cold air but it isnt as hot as hot nuke warm id say. there is no more fans to replace for me to the magic trick again. so i need help please

 

I'm old and slow, I have no idea of what you are trying to tell us. All I can do is leave this for you to think about as you TEST everything out.

If the key is in the "on" position and the "command" is sent to the fan control - BOTH fans run. Only time ONE fans runs is when the key is "off/out".
