Default Assistance Needed: Vacuum Issue on an LS/VTEC causing a No-start condition

Alright guys so just ran into a problem with my ls vtec build. B18b bottom end b16 top end. So I just got done hooking up my catch can but I ran into a problem. There's a vacuum nipple on the intake manifold that's for pcv valve if that nipple is blocked the car won't start but if I leave it unlocked open as shown in the picture that car runs with a high idle. Sorry if this is all confusing my English is not the best lol

Use a one-way check valve so that it still gets to vacuum but still is plugged up. That's what the original PCV plastic valve was for.
