Default CRV 99 revs stay in 2000 during uphill no matter what kind of uphill

Hi Guys

I need some help, I have a crv 99 automatic transmission it works well on regular roads but when I it is required to go uphill the revs goes down until 2000 and no matter if you floor it it stay the same, selecting 2 or L doesn't help, looks like the transmission is no going to the first gear. (I select 1 gear and the car moves however it doesn't feel any difference about power and rpms stay on 2000 and it goes uphill tooo slow ) By the way some days ago the car didn't want to move and the D light blinks once, I turn the car off and then on and then it moves.

OK yeah, that's a weird one. I would say it's a shift solenoid problem but, usually the opposite happens and it won't go up past 2nd gear..........goes into limp mode.

If your D light blinks........it could be the TCM.
