Icon4 F23A4 ULEV-Vtec having major bogging issues(Ive done my research) PLEASE HELP

Alright Y'all,

Ill start with the car.

2001 Honda Accord
F23A4 ULEV-Vtec 2.3L
Auto
287,000miles

I bought the car with the issues it is having and have hardly no previous owner information on repairs.

The car in my opinion is not in limp mode. When I hit the gas the car goes to about 2800-3900rpm and boggs out. It doesnt have any form of normal power aside from the idle. It sounds and feel like a clogged CAT but Ive already removed it many times to see if that was the issue. Its not.

I have done this to the car :

New cap and rotor
Distributor is cleaned and has no visual issues
Vtec sensor has been swap with one I KNOW WORKS
Vtec oil screen in cleaned and unclogged
oil levels are topped off
coolant topped off
O2 sensors are replaced with Denzo
I pulled the VC and seen no damage
I pulled and cleaned the throttle body
Timing Belt seems new but havent check if it jumped a tooth. Thats my next option.

Wanna know the best part? NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Yes it works and yes i repaired the issues that caused it. Like the knock sensor, and both O2 along with the air/fuel rear sensor.

Anyone have some insite. Please help if possible! Thanks in advance.

BTW. New Member and first time posting!

Compression test each cyl.

If good, finish the tune up - inspect wires and replace plugs (suggest NGK's)

For giggles, what are the wire colors of the three wires going to the MAP sensor?

O2 reading:

3,000rpm until fans kicked on.

Bank 1 sensor 1 read AT IDLE 0.8

Bank 1 sensor 2 read AT IDLE 0.9

AT 3,000rpm

Bank 1 sensor 1 1.0

Bank 1 sensor 2 0.9

What in the flying F*** is going one. Still no CEL. Im got a stored light of P1399 but not getting a solid answer on what it is....

Should I post a video of it running? See if anyone had this issue?

The car is in Closed Loop function at the moment. I have not cleared the monitors due to the fact I can hardly drive the vehicle at it sits. All my tests are in the air (Car is level) on my lift.

The P1399 code comes when I hold the throttle at over 4K rpm and the car boggs hard. Witch in my mind is from something causing it to run like S***. When I clear it, its gone until I hold the throttle and make it run like utter crap until I see a CEL so I can read it and try to find a issue. That process is not working at the moment...

FSS is in closed loop. Running off of O2 readings...

Tps and Map wires/Plugs are correct. I just checked...

You can try checking the resistance on the spark plug wires, cleaning the crank sensors and the pulleys that the crank sensor read off of or replace the assembly, replacing the distributor, to start.

Swapped the dizzy and plug wires.

The crank sensor would throw a code if it had any issue.

Anyone have any more ideas, still stuck on stupid with this car. The maintenance required light is on and when I reset it it instantly comes back on. Im not sure why its doing that, maybe something wrong with it?

So I may be getting this backwards, but I believe your O2 readings are showing that thing is running extremely lean. Do the readings fluctuate at all?

Found the problem!! Haha.

This is something I should have looked for from the start but I didnt.

The timing belt skipped a tooth. I reset it and it runs like a charm!

Thanks for all your guys help on this issue!

That's really strange considering your compression test shows almost exactly the same readings.
