Just got mine installed on Friday, then took it out to the nite drags same day...
Performance wise
Looks wise

Dropped from 14.6 to 14.9
It's too quiet for my liking (I bought it because I was getting complaints from all kinds of people about my old exhaust (e.g old people trying to pull me over, gas station attendants informing me of the number of complaints they've received about my car etc).

My old J's racing muffler was good. 60mm inlet, 60mm outlet, nothing fancy, perfect flow...

Mugen muffler looks fancy, is super quiet and extremely restrictive. The increase in mid-range revs is noticeable, but I'd prefer my top end back thanks.

Luckily I paid only $160 for it, from some noob who's jap import had it on, and he thought it was too ugly so let it go cheap :D

I've had one for 3 years. Never heard of a car LOSING power with it. I could see it being restrictive on a car w/ heavy mods, but for basic bolt-ons, it should gain 2-3 whp.

I love it. Perfect sound and understated looks.

Same here, well I have just the Axle back from a '00 Civic SI. I cut and modify mine to work with my Tanabe RM's mid-pipes section. Have it over a year or so.
However, I didn't notice any horsepower lost or torque. Hell, I put down 177 hp and 136 lbs of torque on my poorman's ITR setup.'

A friend here on this board has one and dyno it before and after. Reason being that many people claim it lost horsepower by looking at the restrictive looped. He was putting down 201 hp and 146 lbs of torque (B20 setup) with the Mugen exhaust on. He took it off, then re-dyno and gain
and .5 horsepower and no torque.

Again, this was a all-motor setup. No loss what so ever.

Mugen are not restritive.

My old J's racing muffler was completely free flow... No grating inside the muffler, just flows straight through...
Loud as f*ck, but way better top end, although the midrange torque did suffer...
