Default Silent valve damage???

97 Accord EX F22B1...Heres the situation, the timing belt broke at highway speed and I had it towed back to my place. I replaced the timing belt, water pump, and tensioners hoping for the best but when I fired it up, it ran like crap. Noticeable misfires but no CEL and zero valve noise. Can the valves be bent/damaged but not making any excess noise? Or is there a chance I didn't set the timing belt right? which leads me to my next question. Does it matter which stroke the cam or crank is on?Or is TDC the same regardless? Because I know the marks were lined up.

UPDATE. Having nothing to lose and assuming that I didn't install the timing belt in the right position, I pulled the key from the cam pulley, rotated the crank 1 full turn, reinserted the key and installed the bolt. Still missin like hell so I'm guessing the valves are toast

Cylinder 4 has a healthy 125 psi, cylinders 1,2,3 on the other hand all made 0 psi. Considering those numbers, I would say it actually ran pretty good but the valves must not be closing all the way on 1,2 and 3 so the head will be inevitably be coming off. Let this be a lesson to anybody who doesn't think a small oil leak is a big deal or to the people trying to save a few bucks on the timing belt kit by getting one w/o crank/cam seals. Even a small amount of oil on the timing belt IS a big deal and could cost you a motor.
