i wanted to know what do i need to do to get it to work.

I think its best to tell us what you have in detail, is the 98 shell complete with an engine harness? obd2a ecu or obd2b? Does the 2000 ls swap have the engine harness?
ok so I picked up a 98 gsr shell it needed a full swap so I picked up a 2000 ls and swapped over the ls motor transmission wire harness axles and exhaust, everything went in just fine but when I tried to install the ecu from the 2000 ls one of the plus wouldn't fit into that ecu That came from that ls. I've heard that the type r ecu will get the car to turn on, I just wanna know whats the best way to go.
1. Do you have a jumper harness? 98 integra's use obd2a ecu's, not obd2b.
2. Do you realize that the obd2b ecu's have the immobilizer in them? You will not start the car w/o the matching key or the entire immobilizer setup.
Alt-right move is to find an obd2a p75 ecu.
