Default Steering wheel doesn't center after turning on Accord

Hi

I recently bought a Accord Tourer from 2003 where the steering wheel doesn't center itself after turning and going straight, atleast not when going in lower speeds. When i go faster it manage to center itself but there isn't so much "centering force as i expect". For me this makes the car feel very awkward as the steering feels somewhat "dead". Is this a normal problem and how do you fix it?
