2003 honda accord steering wheel does not return to center
Car's wheel does not return to center. Changed rack. Any suggestions?

What do you mean it doesn't return to the center? As in your steering wheel is not straight? I'm taking it as you need an alignment. Your tie rods need adjusting to make the wheel straight again especially after a rack change.
