So my accord has a rolling idle. I cleaned the iac and fitv and the throttle body did nothing, I plugs the bottom hole on the throttle body didn't do much plugged the top hole and the idle surge stopped and my Idle was pretty low I plugged both and the idle dropped alittle lower. So my question is what does the port go to on that top whole iac or fitv thanks

 

Anyone have any insight
