in 2 weeks im giong to be putting a jdm itr motor into a 98 civic ex

question is about the wiring harness.
the jdm harness is cut soo i was told i could use the civic ex harness, does anybody know if this is true or not.

the other thing is motor mounts, i think i read somewhere that i had to use a 00 si rear mount, does anyone know why i would need that instead of the itr mount.

and last but not least shift linkage, the linkage isnt coming with the swap soo what do i get instead? itr linkages or will and integra linkages work?

 

You have to use the Ex harness. Extend some wires..add a few more and you're good.

You will need the Si rear mount. You can't use the ITR because it's too long.

Any 94+ Integra or 99-00 shiftlinkage works. So does del sol vtec.

i thought u had to use si rear and timing cover mounts
use delsol vtec ac bracket
any integra94 or newer linkage also 99 si

and yes extend a few wires
