Default Momentary rich afr when letting of the throttle

Stock b16a turbo
Hondata s300
550cc grams injectors
Walboro 255 fuel pump
Aem fuel pressure reglator

My afr goes to 12 afr then goes lean when letting off the throttle. Is it normal to go rich before going lean?

My NA motor does the same thing and the data log shows that it is just the ECU catching up to the inputs (MAP, Throttle Position, etc.) - I have never worried about it.

what the guy above said is usually true.
a minor rich spike like that is nothing bad.
what would be bad though is if there's a lean spike when you quickly push the pedal down. if there's a lean spike, the tip-in enrichment needs to be adjusted.
